TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you and Redhead Studios Ltd when you book lessons or purchase coaching services. Please read them carefully before booking.

Eligibility
 

• Coaching services are available to individuals aged 18 years and over only
   

Booking & Payment
 

• All lessons, bundles, and specialist packs must be paid for in full in advance

• Prices are listed in GBP and may change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected

• Lesson bundles and packs must be used within their stated validity period; expired sessions are forfeited and non-refundable
   

Lesson Delivery
 

• Lessons are delivered in person at our private studio in Stafford or online via Zoom

• Full address details are provided after booking confirmation

• Students are responsible for having a suitable device and stable internet connection for online lessons
   

Cancellations & Rescheduling
 

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson

• Late cancellations are non-refundable

• As an alternative, students may submit a short vocal recording and receive asynchronous feedback within 72 hours

• One discretionary grace cancellation may be offered once every six months

• Missed lessons without notice are forfeited
   

Recordings & Intellectual Property
 

• Lessons may be recorded and shared for personal practice only

• Recordings and teaching materials must not be shared, published, or distributed without written permission

• All teaching content remains the intellectual property of Redhead Studios Ltd
   

Conduct
 

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue lessons if behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe
   

Liability
 

• Coaching services are educational in nature

• We are not responsible for vocal injury resulting from misuse of techniques outside lessons

• Students experiencing pain or ongoing vocal issues should seek medical advice
