These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you and Redhead Studios Ltd when you book lessons or purchase coaching services. Please read them carefully before booking.

Eligibility

Coaching services are available to individuals aged 18 years and over only.

Booking & Payment

All lessons, bundles, and specialist packs must be paid for in full in advance.
Prices are listed in GBP and may change at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
Lesson bundles and specialist packs must be used within their stated validity period.
Expired sessions are forfeited and non-refundable unless an extension has been granted by Redhead Studios Ltd.
Any lesson credits, bundles, or specialist packs affected by a coach-initiated extended absence will have their validity period extended accordingly.

Lesson Delivery

Lessons are delivered in person at our private studio in Stafford or online via Zoom.
Full address details are provided after booking confirmation.
Students are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable device, internet connection, and environment for online lessons.
Students are encouraged to arrive promptly to ensure the full lesson time can be utilised.

Coach Availability & Extended Absences

Redhead Studios Ltd is operated by an active professional performer and vocal coach.
In rare circumstances, lessons may need to be rescheduled, temporarily paused, or suspended due to professional performance engagements, touring commitments, holidays, illness, family emergencies, or other business requirements.
Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided of any planned extended absence.
Any unused lesson credits, lesson bundles, or specialist packs affected by an extended absence initiated by Redhead Studios Ltd will remain valid and have their expiry dates extended accordingly.
Redhead Studios Ltd will make reasonable efforts to communicate alternative arrangements where appropriate; however, continuity of lessons during extended absences cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
As an alternative to forfeiting a lesson, students may submit a vocal recording and receive asynchronous feedback within 72 hours, subject to availability.
One discretionary grace cancellation may be offered once every six months at the sole discretion of Redhead Studios Ltd.
Missed lessons without notice are forfeited and non-refundable.
If Redhead Studios Ltd needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, reasonable notice will be provided wherever possible and an alternative lesson date or credit will be offered.

Recording & Intellectual Property

Lessons may be recorded and shared with the student for personal practice and educational purposes only.
Recordings, teaching materials, exercises, handouts, and resources must not be copied, redistributed, published, sold, or shared with third parties without prior written permission.
All teaching materials and coaching content remain the intellectual property of Redhead Studios Ltd.

Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during all lessons and communications.
Redhead Studios Ltd reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue coaching services where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or unsafe.
No refund will be provided where lessons are terminated due to breaches of this section.

Liability

Coaching services are educational in nature and do not constitute medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice.
Students are responsible for following instructions safely and within their own physical capabilities.
Redhead Studios Ltd is not responsible for vocal injury, strain, or damage resulting from misuse of techniques outside lessons or failure to follow guidance provided.
Students experiencing pain, discomfort, persistent hoarseness, or ongoing vocal health concerns are encouraged to seek advice from an appropriate medical professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redhead Studios Ltd's liability is limited to the value of the coaching services purchased.
